Return Policy

You may return any product within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.

For health and hygiene reasons, the right to return is not applicable if the factory sealed packaging of the product has been opened.

• In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer bears the full direct costs of returning the Product(s) to the Seller.
• The consumer is obliged to send back all Products sent to him by the Seller in a perfect condition.
• Returned Product(s) should be sent back in a perfect condition to the address OEX E-Business, Łubińska 10, 05-532 Baniocha immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer informed the Seller about withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the Product(s) before expiry of the 14-day period.
