What is the shipping cost?

Delivery is free of charge from 399 PLN. For orders consisting of 15 bottles (1 set) the fee is 18,38 PLN for courier service (DPD); 13,22 PLN for InPost Parcel Locker, and for the delivery with cash on delivery it is 20,29 PLN.

When will I receive my order?

If you place your order on a business day before 1pm, your order will arrive the next business day! Otherwise, your package will arrive within 2 business days.

Who will deliver my order?

We use DPD courier services. Parcel Lockers are operated by InPost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, order changes and cancellations will not be possible for one-time orders. This also applies to changes to products, delivery address or payment method. Nevertheless, you have the right to return the product in accordance with Terms and Conditions of Cancellation.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Any product in its original and unopened packaging can be sent back to us within 14 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Cancellation.
